business use of fusion?

I'm thinking of future possibilities of developing a site for some sort of consulting business using fusion. I had heard several years ago from the guy who set up my first fusion site (actually it was pre-fusion, but can't recall the name) that fusion is free for non-commercial/business use, but there is a charge for business use. Is this the case?

So, there is nothing explicit about business use, but I assume that if one was making money from a site, it would nice to make a contribution?
