site meta auto refresh dosent work in vers 9

i have 2 sites .. one with the old 7.02 and a new with 9
i use the "who_is_where" infusion ... works in both but for a better overview i have add a automatic site refresh so that the admin see always the newest data and have not push again and again the browser refresh button
i have add this on head of my who_is_where/index.php file
but in version 9 the data will not be refresh ... in 7 it works perfect so that i see always the new data.
In 9 i have to push the browser button and reload the side manually
whats wrong or what can i do?

You forgot the URL, might need to add it to header as well

no thisn is not my problem and nevermind. i can add a url but is also the same.
when i switch from this site to another and back then its refreshed.

Just tested, works like a charm, add after header, maincore inclusions in any file.
Note that the ".FUSION_SELF." is the part that need to be replaced.
