can't get photos uploaded to the gallery?

Ok so I"ve tried the mass upload mod to try and get my photos into the gallery and it puts the photos from the photo_upload folder in the root into the proper album directory but does not display them? I've also tried uploading one photo at a time via the admin panel and no luck getting the photo to show in the gallery? Anyone else have this problem?

Running latest version of PHP Fusion
