PROBLEM? - ISA Firewall 2003

Hi
Has anyone encountered any login problems with running an ISA Firewall 2003.. What is going on is this after a user log's in, you see the next screen telling the user that they are loggin in after that you should see the main news page, however the nex screen in the page the a non user see, for some reason we think it might be a setting in the firewall, however becauseit is a business we can not bring the firewall down. I need some help with this, the login problem is ONLY internal anyone else can login the site from outside the company with no problem........
