Cant delete this

Hello,

I was deleting my files in my FTP and then suddenly an error has occurred. I dont know where it came from, but the file's name is ".pureftpd-upload.46596369.15.57fe.4402c140"

I cant delete it! :@
~Anyone know how can help me?

thats from ur server.. i guess you have dedicated server?

yea you cant delete that. its the log for the FTP server...

Contact your hosting helpdesk to delete that file. thats the best way

Yes as DMZ say, look at this thread too same problem Very interesting question

so that is server issue try cpanel or whatever control panel you use to delete the file if you are the server admin, if no, tell the server admin to delete it. or maybe you need to ask your hosting to delete it.

I've had this happen before. I had to log into the control panel that my host uses and I was able to delete the file from in there with no problem.

Yes, I had the same problem, and everything was solved by itself B) In a few days this file disappears...
