Can the width of this be limited to 468, when our uses use a signature bigger it throws the whole forum template out. How can we limit signature sizes?

also is there a way to limit the sizes of images our users post onto our forums, just knocks the whole template out of size @ the moment?

any help would be greatly appreciated
