Submit Article link only works when I am logged in as an administrator. If I am not logged in nothing happens. I have this happening on a few of the sites I have done. The other site has Submit Link and that doesn't work. Is there a fix for this? I am using an older version of PHPFusion.

It only works for members, so if you are only a guest, you will be redirected to index.

Is there anyway to overide? These sites don't have any members but would like to allow articles to be added.

For security reasons guests can't submit arcticles.

And I don't know any mod. But you can ask at the offical mod site:
