im missing the table 'fusion_vcode' so without this no one can register for my site

help please? :)

Hmm, I had hoped for something more concrete, like v6.01.15 or something. The vcode table was dropped starting v6.01.12. If you have upgraded your installation with versions of v6.01.12 or later and upload the required new files, then old files may still ask for that table. In this case you probably did not upload all files of the upgade package (correctly).

Best (re-)upload all files from update packages 6-01-13up, 6-01-14up and 6-01-15up
