Everytime my users or I try to post things like a forum post or shoutbox post, you get this error:

(for shoutbox posts)

and

and i haven't come across any others

I also forgot to add that i am running V6.01.13(the latest), if that makes a difference

somewhere you already echo text before PHPFusion redirects the user. Have you made any modifications?
