I woke up today to find out that my whole site is gone, the link starefossen.com/skole is now going to google.com/no is this a normal problem?
Any chance that I can repair my site?

One way or the other, you got yourself (or your IP) banned. You will need to unban yourself using phpmyadmin or ask some other administrator to do it for you.
