Ok so I am working on a new site. http://oilcity-pa.us

It has been a pain in the neck putting this thing together. Using PHPFusion, HTML, and regular php in some areas. And of course craig's favorite. The great old tables. lol

Take a look at it and tell me what you think so far.

Here is the cities old site, which they still use for now. http://oilcity.org

And yes the banner on my site is a picture of the town.

There is a problem in the footer, it's not spanning the entire bottom, stop at border in side right. is that intended? Idk, but I'm viewing on iPad.

Vyper69 - The header and footer borders are cutoff at the end of the page. In my browser a bit of the sidebar overflows and the borders don't reach the entire page if you scroll.

If your happy with it then that's all that matters. It is better but it's still there. There's another 40-50px that the header/footer border doesn't cover.
