I'm having problems with the Apache module
called mod_security (version 2.6.7 on my server).

the news administration of not saved the data.
apache display the error "400 Bad Request".

I never had problems before. but I'm not sure
which version of mod_security was used on the server.

Today, the latest version is 2.7.2,
according to the website http://www.modsecurity.org/

my question is if we have problems with
PHPFusion system from version 2.6.7
or if this is an isolated case.

What version currently used on this site?
Someone else can tell the version that are using?
will be smaller than the version 2.6.7?

regards,

The build that came with Cpanel 11.34 worked fine for me, after testing mod_security v2.6.7 on 11.36 there some problems but I have fixed the problems and forced a mod security update. I also reported them as a bug to Cpanel and they will be fixed in build 5.

My problems were different to yours but that could down to different configs. I can test your config on my server and then go from there.

the version 2.6.7 does not seem to be compatible with PHPFusion 7.02.06
at least not in my apache server. I'll ask for an update of the latest version.

thank you Archer. :G

disable this module is a safe action? I dont know thoroughly the functionality of this module,
but something leads me to believe that it is better to upgrade.
