Why ?

Only admin's can see the message and if there are no errors on your site you will not the message.

Removing it will give you less insight in errors that exist in the code of your page. It is a useful tool, but I admit it can be annoying if you feel you site is working as intended, despite the errors.

Maybe a mod suggestion: turn the error visibility ON / OFF?
