Users stuck at registration

I've been searching for a way to resend confirmation emails or delete the unactivated users. Some users are stuck on the confirmation section, they never received the email. And it works fine for others just a select few that can't get through. Is their an infusion that'll allow us to manage those users? I found one but its outdated. Thanks.

I've found an Infusion that works just fine, I take no credit in this addon so please report to the proper author listed in the files for proper support etc. Properly working in v7.02.07

Tried this and cant see it working, Have I installed it correctly, I uploaded folder to infusions directory and then infused via admin panel. Does not seem to show unactivated members as suggested.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, only just started to use PHP.
