errors in userfield management area

I once had fusionboard installed and then I uninstalled it. Then I tried out power fusion board and uninstalled that. I followed all the proper uninstall directions but I still get these errors.

Maybe, but what file would it be? I uploaded and replaced all the files but that didn't work. Checked the database and made sure there was the proper default user filed stuff in there.
