Help with Enigma theme...

Hi Masters!
A few things I ask for your help.
I have a beautiful Enigma theme on my site.
Pretty much everything I could have stopped it.
Already installed in many accessory to it.
I can not solve the following things. Someone help me, or at least manage it.
The cloud-light image is shown only in the chat room.
Other parts of the site, such as forums, not to see anything. See second picture.
How do I delete the chat window background? I do not know how to remove the Fragment.
Private messages can not be seen all the emoticons, but only under the explorer.
The chrome perfectly displays.
