Looking for 2 mods? do they exist?

first mod.
Im looking for a mob that, if i comment someting in a thread on the forums.
I want that, Members can "like" the comment,
or even "like" the first post in the thread or maybe "like" the thread?


second mod.
i would like to have a referral system.
so if someone new register. he could add the "members name" who referral he to join the page.

this would even be more awesome if this was combined with forum ranks.
1-10 referral rank
10-20 referral rank etc.
and this would be automatic.

and if i should press on a member, you could se wich members he have referral.
