I am getting a log error in the postedit.php on line 175

I am using the unmodified postedit.php file that is included with version 7
Here is the log error:
  PHP Notice:  Undefined index:  attach in /home/jxxxxxxxx/public_html/forum/postedit.php on line 175

And here is the line of code that seems to be throwing the error.
     $attach = $_FILES['attach'];

@muscapaul,
We have discussed this before.
Before a member automatically puts something in the roadmap, they item should be confirmed as a bug beforehand.
I was not sure if this is an official bug until now.
I have no idea how many users have their error log turned on so they show the same error that I am getting.
My error log kept growing until the error log file was 1.4 MB on the server.
That is a large file just for this one error. Of course, I deleted it for now but it will just continue until this bug is fixed.

@Digitanium,
Thank You.
Now that this seems to be a bug it should go into the Roadmap.
