can any body help me to fix this problem.

I am having problem with attaching file or photos to the forum. I have given permission to the forum/attachments folder and the file uploads successfully. But it doesn't display. the photo url is like this (http://www.theatoll.net/forum/attachments/one1.jpg%5B7%5D.jpg) i don't know how this get in (%5B7%5D.jpg)
