Need an infusion for my site

I want to create a simple classified section on my website, where the user enters into a form the following details. I want the adds to be posted for 14 days then removed. I have tried to create this myself just by creating pages and adding fields into my database but it came out horribly wrong.
Submit ad
Classified Category - Drop down menu - possibly be able to enter the cats through admin panel
Title
Description
price
Photograph/image - upto 5 photos
Contact Name
Phone number
Email
Location - Drop down menu with areas in my country
View Ads
I then would like a page to view the posted ads. lets say 12 adds per page each ad in a simple table. See attached image for layout style. If there could be an option for the posted user to make the classified as "SOLD" that would be super. It would also be great if it had a centered lastest classifieds panel.
I am not sure exactly how much of this is or isnt possible. But if someone has the time to help that would be great.

I trird this infusion, but it is very confusing a difficult to use. there are too many pages just to post a simple advert. if it could be simplified to something similar to what i want....

You may contact the Author if you want to get a little tweaked version of that. May be he/she can Code it easy for you... ;)

So I am trying a second time to create my own simple classifieds on my site. I have manually created the databases and put together a few simple pages to add a classified and view them.
I have the basics, i think, but they need someone who know what they are doing to fine tune and get everything correct

I dont mean to bring this up and not that it helps now but i have been creating a classifieds infusion. I dont have a ISP right now so its built to 7.01. Hopefully i can get it posted. Its by far one of the best things i have built and it is feature packed.

It is definitely unique to say the least. Not only can you post listings to buy or sell there is renting and free. there is a slew of settings such as images per listing. dont mean to get anyone ancy. on the other hand you may not like it. there is plenty more to tell but i wont. hope to show it soon.

does it have any option to charge for classified listings? for example a user could upload 1 image for free, but then they would be charged an aditional fee for extra images.....
