ATM on our site, we can only add 2 news pieces, if we try to add another it removes 1 of the old news. How can we make so at least 5 news pieces can be added & displayed @ once?

any help is appreciated

And you are sure, that you do not edit the old news, but create new news?
Because the 2 news items on your site have the id 1 and 2..
