register from NAT ip-address

Hi,
I don't have a domain of my own (yet), so I NATted my WAN ip-address on my router to an internal address. Now my webserver is available on the internet, no problem. But one issue I can't resolve, the register.php sends an email perfectly when I do it fron http://localhost/register.php, but when I access my side from the internet locale '457' is sent ;-( (No email sent ...). I opened the port for http and smtp etc.. on my router. Could there be some resolving issues? I did not find any threads similar (I think). I am running fusion on the wampserver on windows vista.
