version upgrade problem

Hey all. I wanted to upgrade a web from the version 6.01.3 .I looked at the upgrades.. .And didn;t want to upgrade step by step from ver. 3 to 4, from 4 to 5 and so on.. .I downloaded the upgrade 6.00.3xx and thought I can upgrade it faster this way. I have uploaded the upgrade.php and upgraded it. Then I have uploaded all the other files. But the panel on the right side still didn't fit, so I tried to change the theme. It still didn;t work so I tried to upload the old web. But it won't work anymore now. It says:
Warning: main(themes/Fusion3/theme.php): failed to open stream: není souborem ani adresářem in /3w/xf.cz/r/rr-aao/phpxfiles/subheader.php on line 14

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'themes/Fusion3/theme.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /3w/xf.cz/r/rr-aao/phpxfiles/subheader.php on line 14

any1 knows how to correct it?

I'm not sure. I have backed up just all the files before I started the upgrading.

Only the files (.php) or also the database(mysql)?

Upload the Theme "Fusion3" on your site and tell us, if it works.

and how can I get it to work sort of normal? So the right panel won't be screwed up?
