Well organized, nice site. I like that it's straight to the point right from the get go, cool informative search results, good use of the php-fusion platform. For the sake of constructive criticism, I'll try to pick out some issues: First, the white text on the orange is a little hard for me to make out on my LCD but I'm old so probably my own problem! Second, the tournament section seems mysterious to me - maybe it's inherently understood by your target audience so again maybe just my issue - but for me a small introduction text on the top of that panel might help me understand it. I notice that some of the google ads seem to include potential competitors? Though in my opinion Kudos for keeping these, shows confidence in your site and caters to your user's interests. Based on what I see it's well done & you should have confidence in it, usually this works to your advantage in the long run. Cheers!

I am curious, does Varcade require manual setup of every flash game, or can it be done easier?

They can be "autoloaded" so, no there's no need to manually add them one by one :)
