banned???

The 4 security issues to bear in mind when assigning administrators rights (dont know if it is relevant, but well):

1. "Custom Pages" can execute any code
2. "Panels" can execute any code
3. Access to "Administrators" assignment of members can give any member any rights
4. Access to "Database backup" allows for modification of database.

Again, I dont know if its relevant, but it may be a start.
Also, of course, FTP access will give access to config.php and hence everything via database.

Of course you could have been banned, via the flood control. ;)

Use a database manager like PHPmyAdmin to modify the fusion_blacklist table. (aka, remove your self from it)

If you've been banned through the flood controll system, you need to edit the users table (as mentioned, use phpMyAdmin or similar)

Change status=1 to status=0 for user_id=1

Thanks heaps guys, i have a "3 strike system" when if someone gets 3 strikes, they are automatically banned, an admin thought it would be a good idea to give me 3 strikes, hence the ban.
