Php-Fusion: The Best CMS- But yet i'm leaving

Hello all,
To start off, I would like to let everyone know that Php-Fusion is a wonderful CMS but I just wanted to let everyone know that PHPFusion is losing another member. I'm leaving because I feel I have been unfairly and rudely treated by Homdax when trying to start a site. When attempting to start Fusion Helpers, Homdax left this shout on that site:

Before this Homdax had singled me out about putting up a site with Version 7 (still only available by SVN then). I believe his post a while back about not going live with version 7 or you'll be left "cold dark and alone" or something like that (sorry no reference-searched a while and couldn't find it) was intended toward me.
Also I'm not the only one that get's offensive posts towards PHPFusion, Fangree_Craig found one of his posts offensive also here: http://php-fusion.co.uk/forum/viewthr...ost_120717)
If this post is too much, i am sorry because there is no place for complaints here. I hope you will honor my complaint and opinion but I understand if the moderators jump all over me. I do not wish to make Homdax feel bad with this post (because he won't give a rippin flip), but just to let the community have my farewell. I am sure in my decision to leave the CMS, but i regret it is because of someone's actions. I wish everyone well and good luck with version 7

He was not the only one reacting to that, I did as well. As for Homdax signing up on your site and leaving a message, I'll have a word with him about that, that is uncalled for, we have enough things to handle in here.
As for the language used by Homdax in his post to Fangree_Craig, I think he did cross the line a bit there. Homdax's task in here is to be head of the Moderators and to do so using a language like that is not very adequate.
I'll spank him for that. He's here to correct among other things behaviour like that amongst the users, so he should not resort to that himself publically.
However, Homdax has done a good job with the Moderators, and still do and he does have our confidence in doing that.

I would also like to say that I hope to see some of you at my website. http://www.fusion-help.co.nr, My decision is to still keep the CMS as my website, but I will not bother with this support site or the mods, themes, infusion, etc... My site is the only site that will run on PHPFusion for now with me.

I was getting ready to write a complaint to digi about the way Homdax spoke to me in that post the other week and I was ready to stop using Fusion and stop supporting it, until I realised is he really worth it. I am sure Homdax would of got his wrist slapped for being so rude to me and others.
However I would like to receive a written apologie from Homdax and then I think we should leave it at that and forget about the matter.

I agree that Homdax has had his faults and has handled a few situtations wrongly- i mean if he didn't mess up he wouldn't be human. But i also think Homdax has done a great job otherwise handling the moderators and other problems.

You will have that written apology from me instead. I have spoken to Homdax about his choice of words in that post to you and pointed out that we in crew must choose our words more carefully when dealing with our users and as H-dax replied to me: "Point taken".
So, on behalf of MT and PHP Fusion community crew, I do apologize for the behaviour you received and I hope that this was a single mistake from a man who normally behaves in a very orderly fashion and who does put in a lot of hours in order to make the responsability bestowen upon him the honour.
Having said that, I repeat that H-dax have my full confidence in acting as TL for the Moderators.
Further questions of this nature can be directed to me asap.
