I would have to agree with Kristian Thorsen, Banner looks odd and out of place. It does not match the Gillette_Blue theme.

I had a phone at work, so I didnt write more.
The site are boring, no pow wow in you eyes, looks like a fresh install.
The url are bad, to long and difficult
The banner as mentioned are not making any good on the site.
My advice would be, to make the site more personal, make the colours match, the css have some problems with grey background on blue, looks odd.

About half of the mods and infusions running on the website, you have to be a member to access and it is like that for a reason. As Smith said the banner was made by him. I'll try to get you'll updated, but I'm working on the site a bunch so please just check it out.
