Question for Servage users

Contacted the webhost?

Yes i have send them 2 e-mails via the Servage contact page but after 2 weeks still no reply.
I can't use there support ticket system either because i'm not able to login,it's really frustrating :|

Servage was nothing but trouble for me.
They were good a first and then they must have had a growth spirt that they couldn't keep up with.
Nothing but router errors, MySQL errors, etc....
On and On..... Nothing but troubles.
Everytime I contacted them they told me that the site was working now...
Gee thanks...
10 minutes later my sites were down again...

I had to leave them and went with a much better hosting service.

My suggestion, get away from Servage.... They STINK........

Puma, no probs here with login or such things, my sites work ok, though the mysql servers seem a bit slow sometimes

Servage is 1 of the worst hosts EVER.
Starglow,you can't say you have never had problems with them because,I have seen you have problems myself,lol
What about your random "unable to establish connection to MySQl" that happens pretty often,or you going to say it doesn't do that? lol ooook!
It does and we both know it.:P

Anyways,Servage sucks.

I said i have no problems with login, read the post. All hosts have problems, don't say its only servage who has. As i also said i have had problems with mysql, didn't i?

You get what you pay for, limited funds, you get limited stable hosts

No host I have ever ran across has the problems Servage does.

Well i have that "unable to establish connection to MySQl" notice also from time to time,but since i recently paid for another year changing hosts isn't really an option at this moment.. would be such a waste of the money hehe..

Star could you do me a favor please? If i gave you my customer info details could you submit a support ticket at Servage for me? Because i really don't know how to contact them,other then the contact page at their site which i have allready tried..

I 've send 2 mails to support@servage.net the last few days but didn't get any responce.
It's really annoying that i'm not longer able to login :|

Hi Puma,

I had the same problem with servage login, the support was recommend me to delete the cockies and cache of my browser, it helped.

@all, i have the same problems (oh wonder?) with the sql-connections....

But the support is friendly, so i'm asking frequently, then the technicals do something and the problems are solved for some weeks.

Well finally i was able to login with the same username and password i tried with like 15 times or so,not sure what the problem was though.

That "unable to establish connection to MySQl" notice seems to be a typical Servage problem,and sometimes my site is quite fast but there are moments that it's loading really slow.
But if you report this problem they always say that everything seems fine at there end lol..
