Hidden login panel

Hello,
I want to use PHP Fusion, but while getting to know it, I accidentally removed the login panel, and cannot login again.
Sorry for this stupid one, but I'm new to PHP and just want to make it work, so that I can see what the system can do.
So - what do I do ? And please - explain it like "U get this file, find this text, make it like this, and upload it ..."

just go to http://yoursite.com/login.php
Try this.
www.sitename.com/login.php
login then enable your login panel again.
I'm kinda sure this would work.
