Hi,

I upgraded to version 7 and now cant find how to make someone a moderator.

Where do I go to make someone a moderator on my site?

Ill really appreciate if anyone can tell me the steps.

you cannot make a user to act as a moderator.
you can creat a user group with 1 or more user and activate that group to moderate a forum or give admin rights to a user so it will be also a moderator

i created user grups, how can I add people under a user group?

if you are an admin go in a user profile, at the end after all information you can add a member to a user group

Yes GameAction is correct, click on a username, after your in their profile, at the bottom of their info youll see an option to Add them to certain Group(s)
