Go into your PHP MyAdmin and look for fusion_settings in the DB.
Note: if you use fusion for the prefix....

In fusion_settings you will find the counter

Joe is NOT referring to a file, but to a database entry.

You must EDIT the table LIVE and save it. If you are new to DIRECT database management be very careful.

Do you have direct database access at your host via a database interface like phpMyAdmin? Check with your host.

Strange, if you are doing it correctly you should.

We might need a sql query for this that you can run in a custom page.

Any codehacker available to post the required sql_query to update counter to 0?

righty.....

goto phpmyadmin (database editor)

click SQL

and type :

UPDATE fusion_settings SET counter = 0

that should do it
