How do I make super admins I've already assigned back to administrators? Is this possible?

Remove them as superadministrators and add them again as administrators.

And note, that only the GodAdmin (User with ID 1) can do this.

Superadmin - All Rights
Admin - Partial Rights
when in the admin panel. Superadmins have more functions available.
