Go to "Adminpage" >
Go to "System" >
Go to "Main Settings" >

At the end of the page you can put in the URL for the
custompages you want to be panel free.
Go to you custom page and copy the last in the URL
/viewpage.php?page_id=13

This is how it looks on my site.

Normal pages
/photo.php
/photogallery.php
/showphoto.php
/articles.php
/forum/index.php
/forum/postedit.php
/forum/postify.php
/forum/postnewthread.php
/forum/postreply.php
/forum/viewforum.php
/forum/viewthread.php

Custom pages
/viewpage.php?page_id=13
/viewpage.php?page_id=11
/viewpage.php?page_id=9
