There are host limits on uploads. They require server memory and sometimes it is not enough. You should probably contact your host to get this limitation verified.

Today i haved called with my provider.
The upload time is 90 sec, few time to load my photo's in my fotoalbum.
but still i have the massage:

in the root of your host. if not visible, contact host provider
I have the same problem but slightly different error. I used to be able to use the exact same photos. Nothing has changed but I did rebuild the site from scratch.
