I don't know what you mean by "re enabled"
It's converted to v7 and ready to go.

It shouldn't be doing that. There's no checkrights in the code. I'll have a look.................... after dinner :D

Not much help I'm afraid. I had another look at it as it was a while ago I converted it. Cleaned it up a bit, but nothing that would cause your problem. Tested it, works fine.
Did you remember to both infuse it AND enable it as a panel?
