can you help me, when i will create a new photo gallery and i will take a thumb he say that:

Koju vrstu slike pokusavas dodati? gif, jpg, png.. itd ??
Provjeri opcije u Admin Panel > System > Photo Gallery
Takodje provjeri da ti slicice nisu prevelike (vece od maksimuma dozvoljenog)
