Your theme file seems to be missing , try to re-upload, if it still not works. Choose another theme.

you see, I can't choose another theme now. Another person uploaded theme and he didn't know, that in browser she could immediately go Back, and open another theme and save. She just closed everything. Maybe i'll try to reload theme. Does anyone know where to find normal XNeon theme?

You could also rename another theme to XNeon , or you can upload the original Xneon theme, or you can alter your theme name in phpmyadmin.
