White page afte change theme! Help me please!

Hello!
I just have a problem! When I change the theme - my site become a white page!
If I change some image in the theme.php(of my theme)
also I have a white screen!

P.s. I have some problems with panels and comments. Panels didn't work and I remove in it object "infusion"
For example,
" if (file_exists(INFUSIONS."all_users_panel_tmod/locale/ "
I remove "INFUSIONS" and all worked.
But comments and rating didnt work. What is a problem?

I need some more information before i can help you. Is it just 1 theme, or is it all themes. Is it PF v6 or v7.
Because v7 now, if theres errors with one Theme or if the Theme doesnt exsist itll move to the next theme. In v6 it doesnt do that

Oh! Excuse me! I forgot to say:
1) I have php-fusion sf 6.0.0.18
2) White screen appears if I change theme or change something in theme.php
3) Works or don't works comments and rating in other themes I can't too know, because I can't change theme!
4) I ON the error report - it report me that I have a mstake in theme. What is an Error I can't say now, because I haven't access to FTP.
5) Server - Windows 2003
6) Should be ON magic_quates_gpc ?
