I have about five multi sites on the same database.. The users prefix is the same..

How can I make it so when a user changes their them on on of the sites it will transfer to the other sites?

I know that I would have to have the theme named the same on all five of the sites,., but I can't see any thing that will help me with that.

Any ideas?
