i dont know why but someone please help me. i tried everything i deleted the db and files i got new files and db and still they pop up. idk how to fix this please help me.

That's because latest stable PHPFusion still doesn't support completely PHP 5.3.0 , just use older version of xampp.

A function that has been deprecated means that it should no longer be used to run versions of PHP (or any other programming language) from given version.
