How do I modify the navigation panel? Like removing 'submit an article', how would I do this? Thanks. :)

Go to admin->main->internal links and here you can remove or add links

Is there a way I can display drop down menus on the navigation panel? Instead of having a list of items displayed like "sea, land, air, earth" on the panel, I can just have a main title "elements" and when I point at it, the list of items appear.

Please help.

In the latest version 7.00.06, I don't see "internal links". Is there another place to make those modifications?
