I uploaded all my files except autolink php files. My SmartFTP says it is not a plain file?!

Any ideas on how to transfer them

Try removing the exclamation mark ! and then renaming it when uploaded

Well rename it mydamnfile.php if that does not work then you have ftp problems not PHPFusion problems.

Try a different FTP program like CuteFTP or FileZilla. If they do the same contact your host.
