I have checked this in both Firefox (3.0.19) and IE (7.0.602) and the background is making it impossible to see the content of the site.

you should change colours and thei places, I ain't saying get rid of all colours and graphics, you should just add some more different colour, and mix one that already there and put them to the side panels etc. :)
