Hi admins!

For the last month or so I suddently can't access any of the 3 main officiel supportsites.

This site here, the MODS-site & the themes-site.

But If I use a proxy-server then I can access all 3 sites without any problems.

Im not being redirected to Google - so it's not an "normal" IP-ban I guess. Besides that I've changed my IP a lot of times. The sites just loading and loading and loading - until the time-range ran out.. I've tried with a lot of browsers. I've format my pc too - but nothing helps.

Now I've talked to my ISP and they said something about DNS - though I don't have a clue about that. He said too that maybe you guys have made something so that a lot of users within the same IP-range can't access your site(s).

What's going on ?

Nothing seems wrong on our end:

I guess it's something on your PC, home network or ISP. Could even be the country you're in that's causing the problem. I think you can best contact your ISP for advice, once again.

Hmm, ok.

But I have formatted my harddrive and installed Windows again.
I have no home network - just normal cable into my cable-modem.

Are you 100% sure it's nothing wrong from "your side" ?

I believe that my ISP know what they are talking about - or ?

Im always here and never has any problems with downtime. I'm sure Martin also knows what he is talking about as this is his server.

I'm pretty sure it's not on our end, because a lot of people would have noticed. The link I gave you shows you that our DNS records are fine (the two red pieces are of no concern, nor could they be related to your problem). We haven't had any uptime issues either.

Best is really to ask your ISP again.

We didn't do anything, but good to hear you can access our sites again without using a proxy!
