Hi,

I've had a number of users on my website trying to register for an account and everyone trying to register with an hotmail email address isn't receiving the validation email. Everyone else it seems to be working.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Could it be a possibility that the email is sent to their junk E-mail box?

Yes, try to tell your users to check your validation email in the spam @ junk inbox of their hotmail account.

I've asked about 3 people and they all said that it wasn't in a spam folder.

I've had two more people registering with a @hotmail account and they both haven't had the email and both have checked their spam folder and nothing in it.

I've had that problem before. The issue was solved when I contacted Support and had them add my e-mail extension (live.com) to their server.
