When inserting an image in a news item it breaks the preview layout.

I have not done any experimenting but when posting this the image and text combination broke the preview layout placing the image above the News Admin list.

This on the Phos theme which is an official release. And it seems to be only in the Phos theme. That is also why I post it here, and not on the themes site.
