If you run 7.01.00, then there are quite a few bugs in the time offset setting:

when I try to put my timezone on my profile it works but I get the wrong time I have to use a dif timezone for example I'm (-5 zone) to get my time right I have to use (+1 zone) why is that?

yeah I get full timezone descriptions even on this site I have to use a dif time zone, here I have to use -4 to get the right time
