Hi,

how can someone, while registering in my website to record their names as (UTF-8) system , and I want them to have the chance to change their names .

How Can I do that?

I'm sorry to have to say that full UTF-8 compatibility can probably only be achieved once PHP starts to fully support UTF-8. It is still unclear when that is to happen.

The websites which are created by PHP fusion and that they are in Arabic language when some one tries to become a member of their websites they can register their names by Arabic letters , but in my website which is in Kurdish language is not yet supported, but my website needs UTF-8 system so that when someone becomes a member of my website can write their names in Kurdish by Kurdish letters...
