Are you trying to have a IRC Chat on your Website so that Visitors don't have to Sing In to Chat ?

Then For Example, you can use a Mibbit Chat Widget - Embed on your Site. Just Get the HTML Code for that and put that in a Panel in your Website and Enable it... ;)

Before time ... there was IRC infusion for PHPFusion ... but he was on version 6, but i don't seen worked version of this infusion for version 7.

There is a Mod called PJIRC which found on searching. But I don't think that it gives the ability to Shoutbox ! It add the ability to host an IRC on the website !

For that you can also use that mibbit !
